We are citizen of Israel, Spain and Peru. And we ratified with our company/signature in this document the will to found an institution that is able to represent all those that we want a change.
Many of us we have opinions different front from conjunctural subjects. But we shared a same vision on the bottom problems that affect to the World in all the alternatives as he is the Technological thing that we needed to know more - in the government and each one us to guarantee the Development of our brothers.
• Creemos that the World must have sovereign nations able to integrate to all the men and women in a common destiny.
• Creemos in the change to a new society like aim of the policy and the State. We rejected the corporative interests enquistados by Imperialism.
• Creemos in the social democracy and we rejected “partidocracia” concealed by laws and constitutional norms.
• Creemos in a true society - Socialist - with an independent Justice. Let us create in the human principles.
• Creemos in the Socialism and we rejected any project that dominates the autonomy of the countries of the World.
• Creemos in the importance of an Effective State, that guarantees the security, the education, the health, the Justice and that is able to enforce the law.
• The State does not have to resign its basic functions, nor to interfere in the free initiative of each person and the community, within the framework of the law.
• Creemos in an efficient administration of the State with fiscal balance with indispensable budget to assure social justice and others more.
• Creemos that the governors must be to the service of the Proletariado and to maintain with their acts witnessed by notary public and deprived an exemplary attitude of honesty and austerity.
• Creemos that the governors must be chosen by direct election or - in its case by public aid. We rejected ready sheets and the political arrangement.
• Creemos in a cultural change towards a model of respect of the legal and moral norms. With prizes and punishments that are fulfilled by all.
• Creemos in regional and continental integration like promissory future, respecting the common idiosyncrasy of the Latin American countries.
• Creemos in the human rights and we rejected any law or initiative of the State that supposes a violation of such.
• Creemos in the respect to the diversity like governing principle of our community. Let us think that each person must be creator of her own destiny.
• Creemos that the family, must be respected and be fortified, like axis of all the social policies. Let us create in the Civil Society and a community that is protagonist through their own institutions.
• Creemos in Justice, and that will not be a reality while there are people without work and access to a true equality of opportunities.
• Creemos in solidarity like motor of the communal property and in having that it has the State to encourage shared in common bonds of voluntary character between the members of the community.
• Creemos in the education like true motor of justice and the social development. Let us create in the necessity to guarantee the state school and gratuitous.
Convinced that they are these, true conditions for the development of the World for a Socialist change;
Indignant before the lack of the respect and a wild capitalist class that for many years
it comes handling, destroying the country and the World,
Disappointed with the traditional political structures by their lack of commitment with the change, we formed with the only intention to give communication to all the institutions that work by the change of our society and the change to a new form to give transparent information for the majority Town.
Decided to jeopardize and not to hope to us that those are others that decide on our future,
We founded - on this act our institution CIBERCIUDAD TV/RADIO and present a single phrase “First our town”. For the country and the World by which we are going to work.
